STEP ONE - Make your booking
To book your motorhome holiday, use the Quote/Book tool to the right of this page. Enter your preferred travel dates as well as pick up and drop off locations. Select a vehicle type and hit the Book button. Our standard rate includes comprehensive insurance (excess/deductible applies), unlimited kilometers, diesel tax, extra drivers, credit card fees, transfers at start and end of hire, touring atlas, gas bottle fill, cleaning, 24-hour breakdown service, child car seats, linen, bedding, kitchen equipment including a full complement of quality utensils, crockery, wine glasses, coffee plungers, pots, pans. You can add optional extras and make any special requests before submitting your payment or add these later. A 20% deposit is required to secure your reservation and the final payment is due 5 weeks before travel. We accept Mastercard and Visa. You can also pay by bank transfer. If the Request button appears, we may not have a vehicle available. If you hit Request, an email will be sent to our Adventure Support Team who will check availability and get back to you within 24 hours.
STEP TWO - Submit your final payment
Five weeks before your trip, we will email you a reminder that your final payment is due. You can then log on to our Secure Payment page and make your payment. If you booked less than five weeks before your trip, you will have paid in full at the time you made the reservation.
STEP THREE - Check in
You can speed up the campervan pick up process by logging on to our Pre Check In page and entering your details before you arrive. As soon as you have arranged your flights into Auckland or Christchurch or your local accommodation enter your pick up details so we can arrange your free transfer to our base. You can add optional extras and driver licence details as well.
