Grounded by family and motivated by love, they set out to build a successful motorhome rental company committed to having fun and doing the right thing - by clients, suppliers and team members.
Guided by heartfelt philosophies and a product like no other, Wilderness has caused quite a stir in the industry. Since 1994, they have gone out of their way to create unforgettable holidays for adventurous travelers around the world. A hard-working, down to earth approach means going beyond clients' expectations time after time. In 2008, Wilderness Motorhomes welcomed a Deloitte Fast 50 award for NZ's fastest growing tourism company and in 2009 we were the winner of Motorhomes / Campervans and RVs section in the Rankers Traveller Voted Awards. We capped that off with the inaugural Rankers Traveller Voted Supreme Award for Transport Providers in 2010.
