Broken habitation door or external locker key

If your habitation door key or external locker key breaks or is damaged, you may be unable to lock or unlock doors and storage compartments.

Diagnostics & Steps to Resolve

  1. Stop using the damaged key immediately. Forcing a broken key can wedge fragments inside the lock, making the problem worse.

  2. If you cannot lock an external locker. Move any valuables inside the motorhome immediately.

  3. Call Wilderness On-Road Support at +64 9 255 5300. Our team will either:

    1. Arrange a locksmith to meet you at your location

    2. Provide a replacement key if you're near one of our depots

    3. Guide you through temporary solutions if you're in a remote area
