Michael Becker
Chairman - AucklandMichael takes the role of a helicopter pilot in the company. His job is to make sure everyone is on course, keep an eye out for new opportunities, and spot the potential hazards ahead. Born in Germany, Michael came to New Zealand in 1993 in search of new adventures. He has now found his own piece of paradise with his family in Mangawhai Heads.

More than a decade later, John leads the team of inspired and committed individuals who together make our guests’ dreams come true every day. It’s his tireless focus on culture and values that has enabled us to earn a truly world class reputation.

Mary Hamilton
Marketing Director - AucklandWhen John’s sister Mary joined the company in 2005, her job was to find customers (we now call them guests). She developed the digital marketing strategy that’s the mainstay of our business - right from the first point of contact through to their final farewell. Mary shares John’s passion for building a strong company culture that underpins everything we do.
