Heating and/or hot water not working (Error code E202h)

This code indicates a problem with the gas supply — either the bottle was opened too quickly, is very cold, or a valve is closed.

Diagnostics & Steps

  1. Ensure the gas bottle is open and not empty.

  2. If the gas was opened too quickly: close the valve, loosen the gas hose slightly until you hear gas flow, tighten again, and reopen the valve slowly. (You may smell gas briefly — this is normal.)

  3. If the bottle is very cold: close the valve, remove the bottle, shake gently for 30 seconds, reconnect, and reopen slowly.

  4. Check that the yellow valve beside the gas bottle is open (parallel with the gas line).

  5. Inside the kitchen, make sure all gas valves are vertical (open).
