Heating and/or hot water not working (Error code E621h)

This happens when the central heating is turned on, but the outside temperature is already warmer than the set temperature on the panel.

Diagnostics & Steps

  1. On the Truma panel, increase the temperature setting so it is higher than the outdoor temperature.

  2. If the heater still does not start, call Wilderness On-Road Support at +64 9 255 5300
