Heating and/or hot water not working (Error codes E507 or E517h)

The code E517h or E507 appear when the heating system is set to gas mode, but gas is not available (for example, the bottle is turned off or empty).

 

Diagnostics & Steps

  1. Go to the external gas locker and open the gas bottle. Make sure it is not empty.

  2. On the Truma panel, tap the rotary push button to exit power save mode.

  3. Wait until the error stops flashing (about 15 minutes).

  4. Press the rotary push button twice.

  5. The system should reset.

  6. If the error remains, repeat steps 2–4.

  7. If it still does not clear, call Wilderness On-Road Support.
